ERP Application Support Specialist Dynamics 365 Business Central (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 115,000Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will support our ERP solution Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (SaaS) as well as the EDI connections to customers, suppliers and trading partners.
- You will assist the departments in the optimal use and further development of the ERP system.
- As ERP application support, you analyse and optimise business processes and drive their digitalisation forward.
- You create and maintain documentation, instructions and training materials for users.
- In this role, you will also contribute to general IT topics and support the internal IT in day-to-day business.
Qualifications:
- You have a qualification in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
- You have proven experience in the ERP environment with EDI, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- You understand operational processes in trade, production and logistics and can translate them into IT solutions.
- You work independently, in a structured manner and keep an overview even in complex situations.
- You approach tasks in a solution-oriented way and proactively drive topics forward.
- You communicate very confidently in German, both orally and in writing.
