HR Specialist with a focus on Recruitment
You are eager
9 to take responsibility for the entire recruitment process along with the associated administration
9 to be responsible for payroll and personnel administration of a subsidiary (approx. 35 employees)
9 to advise and support managers on labor law and general management issues
9 to engage in the employee life cycle
9 to participate in HR projects
You are knowledgeable
9 in recruitment
9 in HR management including payroll administration
9 in HR processes
9 in organizing personnel events
You love
9 to apply your very good German and French language skills daily
9 to utilize your conceptual and organizational skills
9 to work with people and numbers
You are
9 a trained HR specialist with federal diploma (or similar qualification) with professional experience
9 a service-oriented and quality-conscious personality
You want
9 to organize and complete your varied work independently
9 at least 5 weeks of vacation, great public transport connections and parking
