What is my role?

• Conducting viewings, apartment handovers and returns

• Marketing of residential and commercial premises as well as ensuring property maintenance

• Support and communication with owners, tenants, caretakers and authorities

• Leading condominium owners' meetings and managing the caretakers

• Handling dunning and debt collection processes as well as creditor invoices

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial training with a specialist certificate in property management

• Several years of experience in property management

• Team player, open and communicative

• Very good MS Office skills, Garaio-REM an advantage
