Department Manager (Blending) 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a department manager for blending, roasting and manufacturing. In this role, you lead a department with around 30 employees and continuously develop it together with your management team. You ensure the timely and quantity-appropriate supply of semi-finished and finished products and support your team in operational day-to-day business if needed. You are responsible for compliance with quality, food and occupational safety standards in your area. You ensure high plant availability as well as the technical advancement of production and implement optimisation projects. You use data and key figures for the continuous improvement of productivity, quality and efficiency and actively drive digitalisation and automation forward.
