Skills
- Degree in health sciences or related field required.
- Experience in adult acute psychiatry is preferred.
- Good German language and computer skills needed.

Tasks
- Outreach acute psychiatric care of patients
- Outreach and integrative case management of mentally ill patients before, during or after an inpatient stay including case documentation as well as writing reports for the insurance
- Work with reference persons including nursing diagnostics
- Interprofessional collaboration within the entire treatment team
- Active participation in the design and implementation of the Hometreatment project as well as in the further development of the service
Profile
- Completed HF or FH studies
- Professional experience in adult acute psychiatry, experience in outreach care is desirable
- Initial leadership experience or willingness to complete appropriate further training (e.g. team leadership in healthcare)
- Willingness to work in a team, in outreach care and the associated travel activity as well as flexible shift planning with telephone on-call duties
- Responsible and proactive working style
- Good German and IT skills
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
- Driving licence category B
