What you achieve

• Assessment of risks in the areas of: UVG, UVG supplementary insurance, collective daily sickness benefits insurance as well as individual accident and individual health insurance
• Analysis of claims trends, industry risks, and portfolio data.
• Conducting health and risk assessments.
• Determination of acceptance guidelines, coverages, and conditions.
• Professional support/advice and training of your own sales channel
• Analysis and support of sales and general agencies in complex customer solutions
• Approval and calculation of quotes, premiums, and contract conditions
• Contract adjustments and mutations
• Preparation and implementation of portfolio measures
• Processing of salary declarations and premium settlements
• Advice on products and underwriting guidelines
• Participation in product and process improvements

What you bring

• University/University of Applied Sciences, qualification as an insurance specialist or comparable insurance technical training
• French (native), good German skills desired, additional languages optional
• Several years of insurance experience in underwriting personal insurance (preferably accident/health) is a prerequisite
• Good knowledge and experience in all social insurance topics
• Negotiation skills
• Customer orientation

• High resilience and decision-making ability
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
