What is my role?
As a Supply Chain & Process Manager, you take on a central role in the development of modern supply structures. You are the driving force behind innovative logistics projects and ensure that processes not only work but continuously improve.
Your main tasks include:
You lead strategic projects from the initial idea to successful go-live and beyond
Together with internal stakeholders, you optimise existing processes in warehousing and distribution, making them fit for the future
You identify opportunities for automation and digitalisation, assess their economic viability, and implement them hands-on
You make well-founded make-or-buy decisions and professionally manage external partners, always keeping quality and efficiency in mind
The implementation of control mechanisms, standardised methods, and compliance requirements is part of your daily business
What do I need to be successful?
You bring solid training and real practical experience, and above all, the desire to drive things forward.
You should bring the following:
Completed degree or higher vocational training with a business or technical focus
Additional qualification in project management, process optimisation, or digitalisation, or the motivation to acquire this promptly
At least 3 years of professional experience in supply chain management or logistics, ideally with project management experience across departmental boundaries
You have experienced operational logistics yourself, understand material flows and supply concepts from practice, and communicate on equal terms with all parties involved
Your working style is pragmatic, transparent, and solution-oriented. You persevere even when things get complicated
Strong IT affinity with very good SAP S/4HANA knowledge as well as confident handling of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
