To complete our care team at our Résidence Pierre de la fée, an establishment where humanity and kindness are at the heart of daily life, we are looking for a
Care and Support Assistant (ASA)
YOUR MISSION
- Ensure the daily support of residents while respecting their autonomy and needs.
- Assist with basic care (washing, dressing, feeding, mobility).
- Ensure the well-being and comfort of residents by promoting a pleasant living environment.
- Observe the general condition of residents and report any changes to the care team.
- Participate in animation and socialisation activities.
- Respect current hygiene and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the care team (nurses, ASSC, doctors, etc.) and families.
Desired profile
YOUR PROFILE
- Diploma as a Care and Support Assistant (ASA) or recognised equivalent.
- Experience preferred in a nursing home, in geriatrics or psycho-geriatrics.
- Sense of responsibility, kindness and active listening.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to residents’ needs.
- Rigour, respect for protocols and initiative.
- Good command of French (spoken and written), other languages an asset.
- Basic computer skills, proficiency in DIR preferred.
