We are looking for a Team Leader Electronics Manufacturing for the permanent night shift to complement our team and ensure production targets in our electronics manufacturing. In this key role, you will make an important contribution to efficient, safe, and sustainable production.

What is the role about?

We are seeking a committed leader for the permanent night shift in electronics manufacturing. In this position, you are responsible for ensuring the achievement of targets in quality, deadlines, and costs while leading a team of 15 employees.

What tasks will you undertake?

You will:

• work the permanent night shift from 22:00 to 05:15 and lead 15 employees, including conducting employee discussions and participating in recruitment processes.
• be responsible for planning and coordination within the shift.
• actively collaborate with the team in the areas and provide technical support when needed.
• ensure the achievement of daily targets in quality, deadlines, and costs.
• take responsibility for compliance with production, quality, and safety requirements as well as for the equipment within the framework of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).

What do we expect from you?

You:

• have completed a basic technical education, ideally supplemented by further training as a leadership specialist or a master craftsman qualification; further training as a machine operator is an advantage.
• bring several years of leadership experience in an industrial environment, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• have very good command of German, both spoken and written.
• possess good knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• convince with your leadership mentality as well as your communication and organisational skills.
