About the job
With the abolition of the imputed rental value decided by the electorate, homeowners will lose not only taxable income but also tax-reducing deductions. However, the exact introduction date of the new tax regime is not yet determined. There is also no complete clarity regarding the tax treatment of costs for energy-saving and environmental protection measures. At the same time, energetic renovations of buildings continue to be promoted in the interest of a better climate balance. This makes renovations more complex for homeowners and gives new momentum to the question of prioritising the work.
