About the job
Your area of responsibility
- Active design of an attractive and consistent employer presence on digital platforms and
social media - Ongoing maintenance and further development of the career page including publication on job platforms
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of employer campaigns
- Organisation and execution of fairs and
events – from the idea to the on-site appearance - Consultation and support for job advertisements,
channel selection and active sourcing in close cooperation with HR and specialist departments - Regular monitoring and reporting on reach, traffic, applications and job placement rates – with concrete optimisations
- Leadership or participation in HR projects
Your skills
- Higher education in business administration, psychology, marketing/communication or human resources
- Specialist further training in personnel marketing (CAS or similar) is an advantage
- Experience in employer branding or recruiting marketing, ideally in the HR environment
- Proficient in content creation for social media (text, image/video) and campaign management
- Creative personality with a strong affinity for social media and current labour market trends
- Confident in project management
- Analytical thinking and routine in handling KPI dashboards/tracking
- High initiative, implementation strength and a structured way of working
