To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Chinese Specialty Chef 100% (m/f/x)
Your responsibilities include
- ensuring an authentic & modern menu offering considering seasonal products from the country of origin as well as creating the menu in collaboration with the Culinary Director and the Asian head chef
- creating new Chinese dishes and specialties
- preparing Chinese dishes and handling products, production, and cooking techniques from China flawlessly
- ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and occupational safety
- cooking in the open show kitchen in front of guests
You are a trained chef with many years of experience and extensive expertise in Chinese specialty cuisine as well as solid Chinese cooking techniques. You have experience in international upscale gastronomy and hospitality. You are fluent in German and English, and any additional foreign language is an advantage. You demonstrate a high level of commitment, are passionate, and work calmly, accurately, and guest-oriented even under time and work pressure. Entrepreneurial thinking and action characterize you.
