Your role:
- You independently support our client advisors as well as the teams in the Rep. Offices in all administrative matters of client care, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations;
- You are the first point of contact for our clients (especially Poland and the Czech Republic) as well as Rep. Offices and promptly and comprehensively attend to their needs;
- You work closely with central functions (Credit, Tax, Legal & Compliance, Client Master Files etc.);
- You prepare business trips and client visits;
- You open new client relationships and ensure flawless quality of all required documents;
- You independently process client payments, stock exchange orders and other transactions;
- You ensure compliance with regulatory and internal regulations within the team.
Your education and experience:
- You have a banking qualification and several years of experience in private banking assistance at a Swiss, Austrian or Liechtenstein bank;
- You are experienced in dealing with Eastern European clients and can empathise with their mentality;
- You speak fluent German and English: Polish and/or Czech or other Eastern European languages are a plus;
- You are proficient in MS Office and ideally Avaloq.
