Team Leader Reception and Supervision 60% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for you from 1 October or by arrangement as Team Leader: Reception and Supervision (60%) in Bern

In this versatile position, you will take on the following tasks:

• Professional and personnel management of the reception and supervision team with around 10 employees

• Ensuring smooth and customer-oriented operations at reception as well as in the exhibition areas

• Active participation in the operational day-to-day business about two days a week

• Introduction and continuous development of employees as well as ensuring a high level of service quality

• Optimisation of existing workflows and promotion of digital solutions

• Support of the Visitor Service management in operational and cross-departmental matters

What do I need to be successful?

We are looking for a personality with:

• Commercial basic training (EFZ) or comparable training with leadership experience

• Several years of experience in customer service, visitor support or a comparable service or tourism environment

• High service awareness and enjoyment in contact with people

• Organisational skills and the ability to keep an overview even in demanding situations

• Strong communication skills and tact in dealing with different stakeholders

• Good knowledge of German, French and English

• Willingness to work weekend shifts
