- You lead and promote the quality assurance team both professionally and personally.
- You question existing processes, identify potential improvements, and continuously develop our quality processes.
- You are responsible for the creation, processing, and documentation of initial sample inspection reports.
- You coordinate the reporting system for quality deviations and ensure the efficient dissemination of relevant information.
- You prepare meaningful evaluations and statistics to monitor and improve quality performance.
- You manage the inspection equipment from planning and procurement to monitoring and calibration.
- You support the handling of customer complaints as well as the rectification of internal quality defects.
- You create and update inspection plans and work instructions.
- You are responsible for internal audits and contribute to the sustainable assurance of our quality standards.
Your Profile
- Technical basic training in an industrial environment (e.g. polymechanic, production mechanic or comparable)
- Further training in the quality field is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in quality assurance
- Experience in the inspection of individual parts and assemblies in a manufacturing company from the metal industry
- Confident reading and understanding of technical drawings
- Experience in leadership (advantageous) and development of 1-4 employees
- Routine in handling manual measuring and testing equipment
- Structured, reliable working style as well as willingness to actively question and improve processes
- Clear, factual communication with a hands-on mentality
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills
- Resident in the Zurichsee region
