What you bring with you
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent, recognised qualification
- Professional experience in nursing, ideally in the field of old age psychiatry
- Leadership experience or motivation to take on responsibility and develop further in a leadership role
- Organisational skills as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Enjoyment in accompanying and supporting staff
- Empathy in dealing with older people with psychological and cognitive impairments
- Physical and mental resilience as well as flexibility
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
