What you achieve
- As a Case Management Specialist, you independently and proactively handle UVG cases.
- You assess entitlement to benefits and service provisions.
- You identify cases early with reintegration and rehabilitation potential as well as scheduling and adequacy constellations.
- You independently, competently and courteously support and advise insured persons and companies.
- Your workplace is Winterthur. Depending on your place of residence, you can also occasionally work at other locations within the Eastern claims region.
What you bring
- You have completed basic training in the commercial field and ideally hold the Social Insurance Specialist certificate or are willing to obtain it.
- In addition, you have experience in the social and private insurance sector.
- A high level of advisory competence and independent thinking and acting are a matter of course for you.
- You enjoy dealing with customers and are characterised by your high commitment and good communication skills.
- You have native-level German skills and ideally bring French or Italian language skills.
