Job Description

Placed under the directives of the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for welcoming, advising and informing hotel guests throughout their stay. As Guest Relations, you are an ambassador of the luxury service offered to our clientele. Your daily tasks will be as follows :

• Ensure the welcome of guests according to established procedures and standards.

• Carry out cash operations, check-in and check-out of guests according to established standards.

• Provide a warm and personalised welcome to each guest taking into account their habits and companions.

• Present the hotel services and ensure their promotion to different clients.

• Accompany the guest to their room and hand over the keys.

• Ensure optimal service quality throughout the stay and anticipate guest requests.

• Prepare the guest billing and explain it to the guest upon departure.

• Manage the reservation service email inbox and take bookings in the absence of the concerned service.

• Handle received emails (acknowledgements, responses, follow-up, etc.).

• Manage the telephone switchboard.

• Ensure that the hotel lobby is always clean and properly organised.

• Make wake-up calls according to established standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: You hold a diploma from a hotel school or equivalent and have two years’ experience in a similar position in a 5-star and Palace establishment.
• Personality: You enjoy working in a high-end environment where detail makes the difference, and you excel in human relations thanks to your sense of hospitality.
• Languages: Must speak, read and write French and English. A third language would be a plus.
• Availability: From 1st June 2026. Autonomous position.
