The Hotel Sternen in Unterwasser, part of the Berest Group, is the ideal Toggenburg "base camp" for athletes, families and connoisseurs. Mountain railways, a heated outdoor pool, a squash and tennis hall with outdoor courts, as well as a sports shop with rental offers for winter sports equipment are located in the immediate vicinity. The traditional house in a beautiful location has 50 cosy double rooms (also for long-term bookings) as well as a holiday apartment. The three restaurants Toggenburger Stube (with sun terrace), Arvenstube and Schwingerstube are authentically furnished. The meeting point for aperitifs or nightcaps is the fireplace bar; for seminars and banquets, practical group rooms and atmospheric halls with a capacity of up to 160 people are available. The culinary offer includes typical Toggenburg dishes with regional products as well as well-known and popular classics, above all the "King's Fondue" by wrestling king Nöldi Forrer. The walk-in wine cellar offers an ideal setting for a refined aperitif.
