Sales Consultant in Field Service 80 - 10% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You expand the customer base by specifically approaching new customers. You actively contribute to the planning and implementation of sales measures - aligned with your goals and those of your team.

• You have an open ear for the expectations of customers and understand their needs. This way, you develop suitable solutions and build sustainable, trusting relationships.

• You keep track of all customer contacts as well as administrative processes and ensure a top customer experience from the start. Thanks to your organisational talent and your intuition for people, customers feel completely comfortable with you.

• You master your daily work routine with the support of your manager and in close collaboration with your team. You receive comprehensive training with VBV certification so that you can tackle your tasks competently and confidently - this ensures satisfied customers.

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed your training as a commercial clerk EFZ. Further training, e.g. with the VBV certificate, would be great but is not mandatory.

• You love to inspire people, enjoy sales, or have already gained some initial experience.

• You are authentic, present yourself professionally, and score with strong communication and an independent, entrepreneurial mindset.

• You enjoy being on the move and use your own vehicle for customer appointments. You appreciate the freedom to organise your working day flexibly and independently.
