Team Leader, Deputy Head of Logistics (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
- You take on the deputy responsibility for the 15-member logistics team with the areas of goods receipt, picking, shipping, production logistics, and goods issue
- You coordinate the deployment of employees and plan the daily business
- You train your employees and promote their further development
- You actively participate in daily business – from goods receipt to goods issue
- You control and optimize the flow of goods and prepare orders on time
- You implement optimizations and participate in LEAN projects
- You ensure that our automatic shuttle warehouse runs smoothly and provide first-level support
Your profile:
- You are a trained logistics specialist EFZ and have more than 5 years of industry experience
- You have gained leadership experience and ideally have been involved in the training of apprentices
- You have a forklift license and further training, e.g., as a logistics clerk or the logistics specialist certificate
- You lead by example and like to get involved
- You skillfully apply your IT knowledge (MS Office, ERP)
