Your Tasks

• You contribute to high patient satisfaction through competence and relationship building
• Together with your team colleagues, you are responsible for ensuring that our patients feel comfortable and safe in the inpatient setting
• Thanks to your professional attitude and critical thinking, you can help optimise structures and processes
• You actively contribute your valuable experience and perspective within the interprofessional team
• As a key contact person, you take responsibility for the nursing process, with the patient at the centre and involved
• You independently manage complex admission and care situations
• You actively shape the daily structure and leisure activities within the diverse offerings of the crisis intervention ward
• You participate in the further development of the ward concept and therapy offerings within the interdisciplinary team

Your Profile

• You are a certified nurse HF/FH or hold a diploma recognised in Switzerland
• You have experience in psychiatry or somatics with an interest in psychiatry
• You possess high social competence, maintain a neat appearance and have good manners
• You are a team player, flexible and service-oriented
• Your language skills in German and French are good, at least at level B2
