Since 2004, the Psychiatric Services Aargau (PDAG) have been a public limited company owned by the Canton of Aargau, whose strategic leadership lies with the Board of Directors and whose operational management is the responsibility of the company’s Executive Board. The staff department employees report to the CEO as Chairman of the Executive Board. They provide services in the areas of assistance, communication, and legal services. Thus, the staff department provides effective leadership support and contributes to the continuous development of PDAG as a progressive centre provider in psychiatry.

Profile

• Successfully completed training or further education in the field of digital or online marketing
• Experience in a similar position desirable
• Sound knowledge in the areas of UX, AI, SEO, content marketing, accessibility, and online data protection
• Knowledge of CMS (ideally TYPO3)
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro and/or InDesign as well as Google Search Console and GA4, Matomo is also an advantage
• Familiarity with the communication platform "Beekeeper" is an advantage
• Good experience with newsletter tools
• Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills as well as enjoyment in applying these in daily work
• Very good written and oral expression

Tasks

• Management of website and intranet as well as responsibility for their strategic and technical development
• Professional responsibility for the internal communication platform "Beekeeper"
• Project management for web and intranet projects
• Control of the web agency and coordination of agency, internal IT, and other suppliers
• Support of our web and intranet editorial team (support, training), creation of instructions
• Writing and optimising website texts
• Managing our Google business profile and publishing social media posts
• Creating newsletters
• Monitoring, controlling, and reporting of online communication measures
