What you will achieve with us
- Your role includes supporting, accompanying and promoting young adults and adolescents in managing their life and daily routines.
- As a key contact person, you support and accompany patients from admission to discharge.
- Co-designing the milieu-therapeutic structures of the department is also part of your responsibilities.
- You independently lead a mindfulness-based group and co-therapeutically participate in other group offerings.
- You recognise crisis situations and are able to act competently within the scope of your competencies.
- You take an active role in the interprofessional team and participate in ward rounds and meetings.
- As a daily key contact person, you accompany students in their learning process.
