About the job
At the Nänikon-Greifensee site, our global operational headquarters, we are looking to strengthen our HR service team with a committed individual as HR Operations Specialist – Workday Transition & Process Management 100% (all genders). With the introduction of Workday, we are redesigning our HR landscape. In this change, we create modern, clear, and future-proof processes and gain more space for what HR means today and tomorrow. In this role, alongside daily business, you will accompany the transition of selected HR operations tasks to our Shared Service Center (SSC) in Poland. You help to simplify workflows, hand over knowledge cleanly, and sustainably improve processes. In doing so, you directly contribute to HR working even more efficiently, service-oriented, and effectively. Additionally, you support the team in daily business with administrative HR activities. In this function, you take on the following tasks: Handling administrative HR tasks from entry to exit, such as creating contracts and contract amendments as well as various agreements, and ensuring daily operational business. Analysing existing HR operations processes and identifying optimisation potentials. Documenting and further developing workflows, work instructions, and process descriptions. Actively accompanying the transition of selected processes and ensuring a structured handover to our HR SSC in Warsaw. Planning and coordinating knowledge transfer activities with internal and external partners as well as close collaboration with HR, IT, project teams, and external service providers. Supporting testing activities, especially within the scope of User Acceptance Testing, and contributing to the quality assurance of new processes. Ensuring data quality, compliance, and data protection as well as the continuous development of our HR services.
