In this role, you take on a central role in ensuring a smooth and professional reception experience. You are responsible for building, quality assurance, and efficient communication between ISS, our customers, and their guests. You recognize the needs of our customers early and implement them purposefully after careful consultation.
Your main tasks:
- Reception and care of customers
- Access and personnel control
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Badge and key management
- Supervision of the emergency center
- Processing orders in the MGB tools, Security, or Outlook
- Customer support for the parking facility
- Keeping the reception area clean (including the lobby and newspaper stands)
- Receiving and forwarding courier shipments
- Managing lost and found items
- General administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Completed training in hospitality or commercial field
- Several years of professional experience in the service sector
- Very good PC skills (MS Office)
- Fluent language skills in DE / EN
- Committed and independent working style
