Specialist in Reporting and Consolidation 100% (m/f/d)

What is my function?

• Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, delivering timely and high-quality insights to management and stakeholders

• Serving as Tagetik administrator, managing system configurations, implementing enhancements, and providing training to finance teams to maximize system efficiency

• Leading initiatives to remodel and optimize the Tagetik consolidation engine, aligning it with evolving business requirements

• Assisting in external audits by providing comprehensive documentation and maintaining data integrity across Tagetik and other reporting systems

• Identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance reporting processes and automate workflows within Tagetik and other financial tools

• Collaborating with finance, IT, and business teams to ensure seamless data flow and drive continuous process improvements across the organization

What do I need to be successful?

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Proven experience in financial consolidation, reporting, and analysis

• Strong proficiency in Tagetik for financial consolidation and reporting processes (highly desirable)

• Hands-on experience with Tagetik administration, including system maintenance and process optimization (advantageous)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities combined with strong communication skills

• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools

• Previous experience in a Big4 or comparable professional services environment is considered a plus
