About the job

At the heart of our logistics operations, you take responsibility for a strategic scope by ensuring the performance, quality and safety of activities. As a Warehouse Logistics Team Leader, you lead and develop your team while optimising flows, processes and tools, with a focus on continuous improvement and value creation for the department.

Main responsibilities

• Lead, train, recruit and develop the team within the scope
• Ensure operational performance and quality of logistics activities
• Set an example in terms of safety and compliance with standards
• Develop and optimise logistics flows, processes and tools
• Define, analyse and monitor performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure transparent and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders

Profile

• Federal VET Diploma in Logistics, Higher Diploma in Business Processes, Federal Certificate in Logistics or equivalent training
• Proven experience in managing a logistics team
• Practical knowledge of SAP
• Very good knowledge of French, good knowledge of English and/or German
• Goal-oriented vision, priority management and problem solving
