What you achieve

• Telephone and personal advisory and sales discussions for private customers (non-life)
• Acquisition of new customers and building your own customer base
• Arranging consultation appointments
• Supporting insurance and pension advisors in market development and intermediary support
• Active telephone acquisition on behalf of pension and insurance advisors
• Support in planning and implementing marketing activities
• Active participation in basic training

What you bring

• Recently completed training (apprenticeship/maturity certificate/studies)
• Experience in customer contact in the insurance and/or call centre outbound area is an advantage
• High communication skills, strong sales affinity and empathy
• Self-discipline, self-motivation, and ability to work in a team
• Confident German language skills (spoken and written)
• Residence in the sales area and willingness to establish a strong presence
• Driving licence
