In Lausanne, we are looking for a service-oriented personality to fill the position of Hourly Paid Barista 40-60%. After several weeks of internal training, here is what awaits you:
Your Tasks
- Advising and serving customers
- Selling our many drinks and preparing them according to standards
- Presenting and promoting Starbucks products
- Cash register service
- Restocking, tidying, and cleaning work in accordance with hygiene and safety rules
- Organizing coffee tastings and presenting samples within the team and with customers (« sampling »)
Your Profile
- Enjoy serving customers
- Good knowledge of French, knowledge of foreign languages is an asset
- Flexibility in work time distribution (team work from Monday to Sunday)
- Swiss citizens, EU citizens, or persons holding a valid work permit for Switzerland
- Reliability, team spirit, and openness to new things
- Any professional experience in gastronomy or sales is an asset
