About the job

Manage security professionally – directly on site

For a demanding mandate at a renowned, globally operating industrial company, we are seeking an experienced, independent individual for operational security management on site. As Site Manager Securi360, you are the central contact person for security matters and coordinate the collaboration between the client, internal teams, and external partners.

What you can achieve:

You coordinate and optimise the security and protection concept as well as the operational security services at the site
You manage security operations, assess risks, handle incidents, and support crisis and emergency management
You oversee technical security systems and ensure the readiness of alarm, evacuation, and emergency processes
You maintain security processes, directives, and documentation and organise training, awareness-raising, as well as controls and audits
You coordinate internal and external stakeholders, support security projects, and prepare meaningful reports, key figures, and recommendations for action
You support measures for business continuity and strengthening operational resilience

What you bring:

Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification; relevant experience in a comparable security manager role is expressly considered
Several years of experience in security management, ideally in an industrial or internationally oriented corporate environment
Fluent English skills, both spoken and written, are mandatory; good German skills for daily collaboration
Experience in the professional coordination of teams and stakeholders, strong communication skills, and high personal responsibility
Good knowledge of technical security systems, security-relevant processes, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements
Structured working method, organisational talent, as well as competence in project coordination, reporting, and risk management
