Join our communication team as
Marcom Specialist
The successful candidate will manage communication projects, support product launches and contribute to digital and visual communication initiatives. He / She will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure impactful and consistent messaging across all channels.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Project Coordination (30%)
- Manage and monitor communication projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
Product Communication (30%)
- Work closely with Product Managers to align on product messaging.
- Support product launches through planning and execution.
- Draft and edit product-related marketing materials and promotional content.
Digital Communication (20%)
- Maintain and update the corporate website (CMS management).
- Contribute to social media management (LinkedIn).
Graphic Support (20%)
- Create or adapt visual assets using Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
4 days a week at the office
Your profile:
- Minimum 5 years in marketing communication, ideally in a medical device or technology environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator), Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word and Teams).
- Experience with CMS tools (WordPress).
- Strong interest in new technologies, such as AI.
- Full professional proficiency in English and French.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Shows initiative in seeking out necessary information and solutions, displaying a high level of resourcefulness.
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
