As part of a construction project for one of our clients in French-speaking Switzerland, we are currently recruiting a Client Representative.

You will act as the interface between the client’s internal teams and various external stakeholders, aiming to ensure the smooth progress of the project and the fulfilment of the client’s expectations.

Job Description

In your role, you will be responsible for:

Representing the client’s interests throughout the different phases of the project.
Gathering the needs of internal departments and ensuring they are properly addressed.
Coordinating communications with agents, contractors, and other project participants.
Monitoring the project’s progress in terms of costs, deadlines, quality, and execution.
Participating in follow-up meetings and preparing the necessary elements for decision-making.
Identifying potential difficulties and proposing appropriate corrective actions.
Supporting the monitoring of works until project completion and handover.
Ensuring smooth communication between the various stakeholders.

Qualifications

Approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in the construction sector.
Experience in client representation, project management assistance, or a comparable role.
Previous professional experience in Switzerland is ideally preferred.
Good understanding of the different phases of a construction project.
Open training background: experience and skills take precedence over formal qualifications.
Autonomy, rigour, and organisational skills.
Team spirit, good listening skills, and ease in coordinating multiple interlocutors.
Fluent French, both spoken and written.
