Skills
- Bachelor's in social animation or equivalent; 4 years experience required.

- Creativity, analytical skills, and organizational sense.

Activities
- Implement the mission of the animation team
- Open the youth centre reception areas with an open-door policy
- Support and engage with young people
- Develop projects that meet the needs, interests, and issues of youth
- Build projects linked to regional events
- Work within a network
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in sociocultural animation or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum of four years’ professional experience in the sector
- Ease in interpersonal contact, good listening skills, and a welcoming attitude
- Creativity, analytical and synthesis skills, and organisational sense
- Collaborative spirit and discretion
- Proficiency with standard computer tools
- Being a volunteer firefighter is considered an asset

Start date: from 1 November 2026 or as agreed
