Your impact
- You actively shape the digital and organisational development of BDO and contribute your ideas where people, processes and technology interact.
- You create solutions with sustainable added value – for our clients, our employees and a modern, future-proof organisation.
- You take responsibility for important projects and bring topics from idea to successful implementation with structure, pragmatism and foresight.
- You work closely with various departments and strengthen a culture based on trust, quality, personal responsibility and partnership-based collaboration.
- You constructively question the status quo, identify potential and help to further develop innovation, efficiency and customer proximity at BDO.
What makes you successful
- You have a degree at HF, FH or university level in business informatics or a comparable field.
- You have solid experience in project management (preferably also in agile projects), solution design and requirements engineering.
- Certificates such as IPMA, IREB, CPAB, Scrum Master, Product Owner, SaFe or ITIL are an advantage.
- You have a high IT affinity and broad technical understanding, ideally in the Microsoft environment.
- You are a communicative, creative and team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality.
