Human Resources Internship 80-100% (m/f/d)
To support our Human Resources department in Birmensdorf, we are looking for a team-oriented and conscientious individual from December 2026 for a 6-month internship.
You will assist the HR area managers with various administrative tasks and independently prepare diverse correspondence. You will draft guest agreements and employment contracts based on templates and actively help with daily tasks such as at the HR Welcome Desk. The administrative preparation and follow-up of the onboarding and offboarding of our employees and guests also belong to your duties. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in our digitalisation projects. We offer you a broad professional insight into the diverse tasks of an HR department and the chance to become familiar with labour law regulations as well as HR practice in an exciting, international research environment.
You are studying in an advanced semester in business or law, psychology, humanities or social sciences, education or similar, or have just completed your studies. Your working style is extremely reliable and meticulous. You possess very good oral and written German and English skills and good MS Office knowledge. Besides your friendly and helpful nature, you are a discreet personality. Your strong interest in personnel work and your enthusiasm for the research topics of our institute make you the ideal candidate.
