University Student Employer Branding & Social Media

For our HR Marketing / Employer Branding team, we are looking for a committed individual to support us from 1 October 2026. With us, (almost) everything is green – including your internship! ?

In Employer Branding, we actively shape the employer brand. Together, we develop creative content for social media, accompany exciting projects, and provide insights into the diverse working world of a hospital. You will work closely with various professional groups and gain valuable practical experience in employer branding and content creation.

What to expect

• Planning and implementation of social media content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook
• Collaboration in our TikTok group with apprentices and students
• Filming and editing videos with a smartphone and simple editing programmes
• Support during photo and video shoots
• Participation in creative content ideas and trend research
• Collaboration on employer branding projects
• Support at events, fairs and other HR marketing activities
• Flexible compatibility with your studies
• A motivated, straightforward and creative team

What you bring to the table

• Ongoing university studies, preferably in marketing, communication or a comparable field
• Enthusiasm for social media, digital trends and content creation
• Creativity and a sense for appealing content
• First experience in filming or video editing is an advantage
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Organisational talent and enjoyment of varied tasks
• Team spirit, initiative and an open personality

The Spitäler Schaffhausen as an employer

The Spitäler Schaffhausen include the Cantonal Hospital, the Psychiatric Services, the Radiology and Cardiology Posthof Neuhausen practices as well as the Neurology Schaffhausen Centre practice. With over 1,700 employees, we ensure the extended medical and nursing basic care of the Schaffhausen region. Each year, we care for around 11,000 inpatients and 90,000 outpatients. We are also an important training centre in the canton.
