Assembly Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsibility for the professional assembly of emergency power systems at the customer’s site

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings

• Working with drills and metalworking

• Leading and organising the on-site team

• Coordinating workflows on the construction site

• Ensuring quality throughout the entire assembly process

• Central contact person for customers and team during assembly projects

• Travel activity with approximately 3-4 overnight stays per month in hotels

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training in a manual trade (e.g. mechanic, locksmith, carpenter)

• Several years of experience in assembly, ideally with leadership responsibility

• Confident reading and understanding of technical drawings

• Experience in handling drills and metalworking

• Leadership skills and experience in guiding assembly teams

• Willingness to travel for 3-4 overnight stays per month

• French language skills are an advantage

• Independent, structured and responsible working style

• Driving licence class B, C1E desirable
