About the job
Employee Secretariat 20 - 40%The Finance Administration organises the finances of the Canton of Zurich and enables an overall view. It prepares the budget with financial plan and the accounts of the canton on behalf of the government council. It prepares financial decisions of the government council, ensures an efficient accounting system and provides corresponding services for the entire administration.
The Department of Management Support leads cross-directorate projects for the further development of financial processes and systems and manages the LEA specialist unit (performance recording with effort statement) of the canton. It looks after the secretariat and the IT of the office.
For the Department of Management Support, we are looking for an employee in the secretariat from 1 June or immediately – limited until 31 December 2027 – who will take care of the administrative tasks in the Finance Administration within the team.
Your tasks
- General secretarial duties: telephone, mail, reception, travel management, internet and intranet, events
- Information management and archiving: provision of employee information, file transfer to the state archive
- Project tasks and support: management and implementation of small projects and assignments
- Independent completion of assignments in the Department of Management Support
- Deputy IT responsibility FV: representation of IT interests, participation in ICT projects, IT ordering and IT introduction for new hires
Your profile
- Commercial basic training EFZ, supplemented by further training as a management assistant or organiser with a federal diploma
- Several years of experience in a comparable function
- Very high IT affinity and very good IT understanding
- Very good MS Office skills
- Team player, independent and structured working style, organisational talent, resilience and customer focus
- Target group-appropriate communication skills, confident German, editorial skills
- Fixed working days on site: Wednesday at 20%, additionally Tuesday at 40% (job sharing)
