Operational Buyer 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You independently handle orders and coordinate appointments with suppliers.
Inventory checks and resulting order proposals are part of your responsibilities.
You coordinate the container shipping process from order to delivery.
You check incoming invoices and ensure their correct posting.
You record complaints and coordinate their further processing.
You check customs declarations for completeness and accuracy.
You keep master data up to date and complete in the ERP system.
You take on organisational and administrative tasks in purchasing projects.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by further training in purchasing.
Professional experience in operational purchasing or procurement.
Knowledge in import and export is an advantage.
Confident use of MS Office and common IT applications.
Independent and reliable working style with a strong sense of responsibility.
Strong coordination skills in dealing with internal and external contacts.
Interest in various products and merchandise categories.
Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form.
