For the EMS Blécherette, located in the Plaines-du-Loup eco-district, north of Lausanne, we are looking for a 40% occupational therapist

Desired profile:

• Bachelor's degree in recognised occupational therapy (HES/ES)
• Experience in geriatrics, psychogeriatrics or palliative care is an asset

You could be the person we are looking for to:

• Ensure high-quality support services
• Propose and innovate projects within the foundation, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Support the resident throughout their stay in their mobilisation and movements while preserving their autonomy
• Participate in the resident's life project and collaborate in well-being activities
• Choose an auxiliary aid adapted to the resident
• Provide ergonomics training to professionals
• Support and supervise staff management for the use of auxiliary aids
• Conduct fall analyses in collaboration with other occupational therapists of the Foundation
