Carpenter – Sales & Purchasing Clerk (Wood Industry)

Activities

Independent and comprehensive handling of customer orders from A to Z
Telephone, written and personal consultation of our customers
Support of the purchasing process, especially in order processing
Coordination with logistics and support of the field service in order processing
Close cooperation with the teams from production, logistics and sales to ensure efficient and timely delivery
Maintenance of article and customer master data in the ERP system
Assumption of general administrative tasks to support daily business

Requirements

Commercial training or comparable qualification
Professional experience in sales and/or purchasing, ideally in the wood or flooring industry
Customer-oriented thinking and negotiation skills
Independent, structured and reliable working style
Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
