About the job
What I do
- You ensure the professional representation of Baumer at reception and coordinate visitor flow as the central hub at our headquarters in Frauenfeld.
- You are responsible for the efficient operation of the telephone switchboard and ensure the correct forwarding of enquiries in German, English, and French.
- You support the departments by precisely completing administrative tasks and contribute your experience to the optimisation of internal processes.
- You coordinate general organisational matters such as mail processing and the preparation of meeting rooms, taking into account our quality standards.
What it takes
- A completed commercial apprenticeship as well as professional experience at reception or in a comparable hub function in an international environment.
- Mandatory language skills: German at native level as well as fluent communication in English and French, both spoken and written.
- Proficient use of MS Office and SharePoint as well as a structured, discreet, and absolutely reliable working style.
- Willingness to work 50-60% on fixed days and flexibility to cover for short-term team absences.
