In this position, you take responsibility for the precise manufacturing of customised pipelines. You use state-of-the-art CNC bending machines and 3D measuring technology to produce highly accurate components. With your technical skill and quality orientation, you contribute significantly to the optimisation of production processes.
Responsibilities:
Capturing and preparing bending data using 3D measuring machines or CAD drawings
Programming and setting up CNC bending machines (Wafios)
Manufacturing individual pipelines according to customer orders
Maintenance and care of machines and tools
Determining experience values for process optimisation
Supporting the induction of new employees
Flexible assistance in adjacent production areas
Qualifications:
Completed training as a polymechanic or equivalent
Solid CNC programming skills and very good spatial imagination
High reliability, quality awareness, and flexibility
Team spirit and independent working style
Fluent German language skills
