- Responsible for the precise mechanical manufacturing of workpieces based on technical drawings and production documents
- Independently programming, setting up and operating CNC machines as well as continuously optimising production processes in terms of quality and efficiency
- Setting up, operating and monitoring production equipment
- Carrying out quality controls and contributing to continuous quality improvement
- Performing maintenance and repair work on machines and equipment
- Ensuring compliance with standards, quality requirements and work instructions
- Preparing and setting up machines for new production orders
- You have successfully completed a technical basic training as a Polymechanic EFZ, Production Mechanic EFZ or in a comparable technical profession
- You bring solid experience in CNC manufacturing as well as in programming, setting up and operating CNC machines
- You have good knowledge of metalworking and are skilled in reading and implementing technical drawings and production documents
- You work independently, precisely and with quality awareness and are characterised by an efficient and structured way of working
- Ideally, you have experience in quality control as well as in maintenance and repair of machines and equipment
- You are flexible, reliable, a team player and like to take responsibility in your area of work
