Service Technician Western Switzerland 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a technical all-rounder for Western Switzerland who takes responsibility and enjoys being on the move.

Your area of deployment:

You are the central contact person for industrial cooling lubricant systems at contract customers in Western Switzerland. You combine technical know-how with customer orientation:

• Monitoring, maintenance and replacement of cooling lubricant systems

• Independent organisation of service logistics including proper disposal

• Technical problem solving directly at the customer’s site

• Consultation and support beyond contractual services

• Technical support for the sales team and presence at trade fairs

Digital documentation and data maintenance are just as much part of your daily routine as direct customer contact. You work independently, travel a lot and organise your routes responsibly.

What do I need to be successful?

What you bring:

You come from mechanics, metalworking or a related technical field and feel at home in production and workshop environments. Ideally, you have already worked in technical field service and know how to inspire customers.

Your skills:

• Bilingualism in French/German, spoken and written

• Confident handling of digital tools and MS Office

• Organisational talent and independent working style

• Enjoyment of customer contact and team spirit

• Forklift licence is an advantage
