For our Weighing & Instrument Components (MTWIC) division, which is leading in the industrialization and production of laboratory scales and other high-resolution gravimetric instruments, MFR force sensor terminals, and circuit boards for the entire MT group, we are looking for a committed and technically skilled individual as a Precision Assembly Worker 100% (all genders) at the Nänikon/Greifensee location. The following tasks are part of this role: Assembly and repair of cells/products or their components according to work instructions AU Compliance with safety and operating regulations Compliance with target times (planned / actual) and quality requirements Operation and regular functional checks of equipment and operating resources using checklists Troubleshooting of simple malfunctions (immediate measures) and reporting to LV/TA Active participation in daily Shopfloor Management (SFM) Contributing ideas for the optimization of workflows and processes (CIP)
