The clinic supports patients after operations, serious illnesses or accidents on their way back to everyday life. Your tasks:

• Comprehensive care and support of patients during the rehabilitation process
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of the individual care process
• Collaboration with doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and other specialists
• Promotion of independence and support in achieving rehabilitation goals

Your skills:

• Completed training as a Certified Nurse HF/FH or equivalent SRK-recognised qualification
• Enjoyment of rehabilitative care and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Independent, responsible and empathetic working style
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
