Our Cash Management department supports large companies in optimizing their payment transaction and liquidity processes. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual who supports our Cash Management Consultants in daily business and wants to develop into taking over this exciting role in the long term.
Your tasks
- Support and close collaboration with the Cash Management Consultants in daily business as well as in servicing corporate and top clients
- Processing customer inquiries and supporting operational topics in payment transactions and cash management
- Preparation of customer meetings, creation of presentations and documentation, as well as support in processing offers and contracts, including recording agreed conditions and sending confirmations to customers
- Maintenance and further development of existing customer relationships, analysis of customer needs and development of suitable solutions
- Collaboration with internal departments such as IT or product management, including providing customer and market feedback to promote the further development of cash management products, as well as participation in internal projects to improve processes and products in the area of cash management
Your profile
- Banking education or a comparable qualification, ideally with experience in the corporate client area, payment transactions or cash management
- Enjoyment of digitalization topics as well as a technical affinity, especially in the area of payment transactions (e.g. eBanking, SEPA, SWIFT, APIs, ISO 20022, EBICS)
- Strong customer orientation, communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers and internal teams
- Structured, reliable and independent working style as well as willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) as well as interest in digital trends and new technologies in payment transactions
