Employee for Picture Frame Workshop (80%)

Your tasks:

• Creating individual picture frames and passepartouts

• Carrying out complex framing as well as stretching fabrics

• Co-designing the shop presentation and maintaining production machines

• Advising our customers and selling framing, picture frames, and frame accessories as needed

Your profile:

• Training and/or professional experience in framing/gilding or related professions,

for example restoration, bookbinding, or woodworking

• Craftsmanship skills and a high awareness of quality

• Precise, careful, and independent working style

• Technical understanding and confident handling of production machines

• User knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Navision) as well as common Office programmes

• Clear communication and strong customer orientation

• Solution-oriented personality with enthusiasm for new challenges

• Team spirit and reliable working style – even under higher workloads

• Physical and mental resilience
